This managed security service is designed to protect your devices from cyber attack. The service also includes the development of a robust information security policy, specifically designed to improve your organisation’s overall security posture. We will also plug any significant gaps that may exist in other security-related policies.

Effective cyber security includes physical security measures. We also review your office environment and suggest any changes that will keep your organisation more secure.

The latest in endpoint protection software is supplemented by proactive threat detection and automated response to protect your organisation 24/7, 365 days per year. In addition, the enhanced version of this product is supplemented by proactive threat hunting by Sophos experts. This is designed to hunt down threats that could potentially impact your organisation and take the appropriate action before they have chance to do any significant damage.

Sophos email protection is also included. Email is the most common method of delivering a cyber attack, and this solution is designed to protect your inbound and outbound messaging accordingly. This also includes Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls, designed to prevent sensitive information from leaving the organisation.

Additional protection is provided by Sophos Phish Threat. This solution is focussed on identifying issues with end users and assessing their likelihood of falling victim to a phishing attack. This is a vital form of protection, as phishing is the most common form of cyber attack in the UK.

This level includes Sophos Device Encryption. This is an important way to protect the data on encrypted devices as well as ensuring that a simple loss of equipment doesn’t result in a reportable data breach

Our security consultants will review your existing security and compliance management of Office 365 and assist you to manage additional protective controls such as multi-factor authentication (MFA).

We will undertake a penetration test every six months that will assess the vulnerabilities within your website (or other application) and provide you with an in-depth report regarding how those vulnerabilities can be resolved.

Our team of security professionals are available to answer your questions and resolve issues via our email and telephone support. All of this is managed by your dedicated senior security consultant who is qualified and experienced in all aspects of cyber and information security. With this service you will be entitled to a monthly report that can be presented to your management team.

This comprehensive level of service also includes reviewing your status in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), aka the Data Protection Act 2018. We also include online GDPR Awareness training for all staff members.

How much does this service cost?

How long does it take to set up the service?

Typically, we can set up this service within one month of being engaged.

How long is the service contract?

The contract is for a minimum of 12 months. Thereafter, the service transfers to a monthly rolling contract.
