The team at Cyber21 provides incident support to both existing incident management customers and organisations who are looking for ad-hoc support with a security incident.

Note – Incidents for existing customers are managed under the terms of their current service level (refer to our  Incident Management Service for more details).

Our specialist team of Incident Managers can assist with your incident.  We provide advice and guidance as to how best to manage the incident and ensure that you understand how best to mitigate your risk.  

Additionally, our Incident Managers are skilled in data protection legislation and will guide you through the legislative requirements if you have a data breach e.g. help you with the regulatory reporting requirements (if applicable).
